SIP – Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow in Spanish

The Department of Spanish, Italian and Portuguese at The Pennsylvania State
University invites applications for a one-year postdoctoral teaching fellow in
Spanish to begin Fall 2020. Responsibilities include teaching introductory,
intermediate, and/or advanced undergraduate courses in Spanish, including
Spanish linguistics courses. The successful candidate will also be assigned to
assist in related support duties. In addition, successful candidates must
either have demonstrated a commitment to building an inclusive, equitable, and
diverse campus community, or describe one or more ways they would envision
doing so, given the opportunity.
Successful applicants will have a Ph.D. in Spanish (or related field), with a
concentration in linguistics by the time of appointment. This position
provides benefits.
