The Slavic Department of Leipzig University is pleased to announce the 14th
European Conference on Formal Description of Slavic Languages (FDSL-14) to be
held on December 2-4, 2020.

Call for Papers: 

FDSL 14: extended deadline! Abstract Submission Deadline extended to Sunday,
May 31, 2020.

We invite abstracts for 20-minutes presentations (plus 10 minutes for
discussion) on topics dealing with formal aspects of Slavic syntax, semantics,
morphology, phonology, psycholinguistics, and computational linguistics (main
conference). In addition to the main conference, there will be two workshops
focusing on secondary imperfectives in Slavic (workshop 1) and computational
aspects of translation (workshop 2). For details about the workshops and
procedures of application, we refer to the respective calls on the conference
homepage.

Abstract Submission:
Abstracts must not exceed 2 pages (including examples, graphs, references).
They should have 2.5 cm or 1 inch margins, should be single-spaced, in a font
size not smaller than 12 pt. Examples, graphs etc. should be intertwined in
the text (rather than placed at the end).
Abstracts must be anonymous (nothing in the abstract or the document should
identify the authors), and must be submitted in PDF format via Easychair
(https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=fdsl14). An individual may submit at
most one single and one co-authored abstract or two co-authored abstracts, but
not with the same co-author.

Deadline for the receipt of abstracts: May 31, 2020
Notification of acceptance: August 15, 2020
