We are organizing an online discussion session to gather the views of
academics whose work involves etymology and the historical aspect of the
English language.

Etymological information in the OED is very rich, but making the most of it
isn’t always straightforward. Dr Tania Styles, Editor: Revision and Etymology,
OED, will be presenting the concept of a potential interactive etymology
visualization tool in our upcoming session.

Our aim is to enhance our understanding of the kind of information that it
would be helpful to see included, and how it would be useful to have this
presented. These insights will help to inform the development of this
potential tool.

Express your interest to attend the session on Thursday October 22,
15:00-16:00 BST (UTC+1)
