Meeting Description:

The International Conference on Language Variation in Europe, ICLaVE, is one
of the most important fora for research in the area of language variation in
Europe. It aims at bringing together scholars of languages and language
varieties spoken in Europe with the purpose of discussing empirical,
methodological and theoretical issues in the study of language variation and
change on the continent. 

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, ICLaVE|11 was postponed to the year 2022.
ICLaVE|11 now takes place from 11-14 April, 2022.

Call for Papers: 

For the most part, the academic program of ICLaVE|11 will be upheld as
originally accepted and planned. However, due to an adjustment of overall
scheduling, we have been able to open up a few additional slots for
contributions.

Our extended *Call for Contributions* concerns the submission of Papers,
Posters and Multimedia Presentations:

The deadline for new submissions is 30 September 2021 (23:59 Vienna time).
(Please note: In total, authors may submit two abstracts of any kind to the
