Meeting Description:

We are delighted to announce the Moscow HSE Pragmatics Workshop which will be
held on September 30 - October 1, 2021, at the National Research University
Higher School of Economics in Moscow and co-hosted by the International
Laboratory for Logic, Language and Formal Philosophy and the School of
Linguistics at the National Research University Higher School of Economics
(HSE), Moscow, Russia. The confirmed invited speakers are Márta Abrusán
(Institut Jean Nicod, ENS, Paris), Judith Tonhauser (University of Stuttgart),
Filippo Domaneschi (University of Genoa).

This is the first workshop on pragmatics at the HSE University in Moscow. It
is a follow-up event of the previous biannual HSE workshops on semantics and
pragmatics: the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Semantics and Pragmatics HSE workshops held
in 2016, 2018 and 2020. It is co-hosted by the International Laboratory for
Logic, Language and Formal Philosophy and the School of Linguistics at the
National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), Moscow, Russia.


Second Call for Papers:

This is a short reminder that the deadline for abstarcts submission for the
''Moscow HSE Pragmatics Workshop '' is drawing near.  

Abstracts are invited for talk or poster presentations in formal and
experimental pragmatics. Each presentation selected for the workshop will be
allotted 30 minutes (20 minutes of presentation + 10 minutes of discussion).
Submissions are limited either to one individual and one joint abstract or to
two coauthored papers. The submission deadline is July 1, 2021.

Abstracts should be submitted in PDF format via EasyChair:

They should not exceed 2 pages, including data and references (11 pt font
minimum, single spacing, 1 inch/2.5 cm margins on all sides) and should be
anonymous.
