Description:

The Kansas State University Department of Modern Languages seeks a dynamic
individual for a one-year full-time position as Teaching Assistant Professor
of Spanish. The Department is looking for a generalist with experience or
interest in curriculum design, particularly in an online context.
Responsibilities include teaching a total of seven courses over the academic
year including graduate-level seminars in the candidate's area of expertise,
undergraduate courses such as composition, conversation, and Business Spanish,
participating in MA committees and exams, mentoring undergraduate and graduate
students, and contributing to departmental service initiatives. 

This position is benefits-eligible and begins in August 2022. Position open
