Description:

The Department of Linguistics at the University of Washington-Seattle invites
applications for a one-year Acting Assistant Professor position in
Linguistics, with a specialization in syntax. 

University of Washington faculty engage in research, teaching and service; the
successful candidate will complement the existing strengths of the department,
become part of the syntax community, and contribute to the teaching and
diversity mission of the university. This position is full-time (100% FTE),
with a 9-month service period (September 15, 2022 to June 15, 2023).

Qualifications:
Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Linguistics or equivalent by the start date
(September 15, 2022). All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
