Dear LINGUIST list readers,

for a research project at Universität Potsdam we are looking for heritage
speakers of Polish living in Germany to fill out a short survey regarding the
use of Polish forms of address in heritage Polish. 

The survey is anonymous, takes 5 minutes and can be found online at
