The Linguistics Research Centre at NOVA University Lisbon has one 6 to
12-month paid position for a PhD student in the frame of a
H2020/HORIZON research project investigating the development of
reading skills through an innovative intelligent reading system that
evaluates texts complexity.

 - Data collection and analysis for the identification of needs
related to reading
 - Definition of strategies for data collection and treatment for the
definition of reading complexity levels
 - Data treatment and analyses for the definition of reading
complexity levels
 - Definition, distribution and collection of scripts with skills
descriptors
 - Definition of focus groups and the analysis and validation of
results
 - Elaboration and dissemination of the final results of the task
