2023-24 Postdoctoral Fellowship – Department of Linguistics - Syntax

The Department of Linguistics at the University of Pennsylvania invites
applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow in Syntax for the 2023-2024 academic
year. In addition to conducting research, the successful candidate will
organize the Penn Syntax Lab meetings; (co)edit a volume of papers resulting
from our 2023 Workshop on Locality in Theory, Processing, and Acquisition; and
participate in the intellectual life of the department and the broader
community of language researchers at Penn. The University of Pennsylvania is
home to a vibrant interdisciplinary community that studies language and
meaning across several departments.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Linguistics completed before the start date,
with a specialization in syntax and/or the syntax-morphology interface and/or
the syntax-semantics interface.
