Call for Papers:

The Linguistics Society of the University of Washington is pleased to
open abstract submissions for the 40th annual Northwest Linguistics
Conference, which will be held from May 4-5 2024 at the University of
Washington in Seattle, WA. Abstracts for work from any area of
linguistics are welcomed. The conference will include both talks (20
minutes with a 10 minute Q&A session) and a poster session. Following
the conference, participants will be given the opportunity to submit
short papers to the proceedings, which will be published as a special
edition of the UW Working Papers in Linguistics.
Abstracts should be fully anonymized and no more than 300 words in
length (excluding references).
Work can be submitted that is not intended to be submitted to
competing venues.
