I don't dispute Ron's answer, but I wonder if this is a punning text. If we
let "keins" stand it can be nom or acc, and so "hinausziehen" could be
transitive or intransitive. So we have:

"Kehre ein, doch keins zieh' hinaus", or "Kehr' rein, doch keins zieh'
hinaus".

"Come in, but let no-one leave" vs. "Sweep clean, but throw nothing out".
The latter seems in the spirit of a certain kind of sampler.

I offer the further thought that in the first version "Gott" could be the
subject of all the verbs. "May he come in, but take no-one out."
