Henno,

The Ulster-Scots would be:

"guid buter an guid kebbuck"

The "buter" has a medial glotal (at least in Ulster, that may not be the
case it some Scots dialect), and "kebbuck" is of Gaelic origin. The
tendency, however, in such cases is for the Scots to retain /k/ where
English has the affricate /tj/ (thus "kirk", "heck", "bick" for English
"church", "hedge", "bitch"). I wouldn't like to comment further on that as
phonology is no strongpoint of mine!
