Odd. In Shetlandic, and here in the NE where I live, _mornin_ = morning and
_morn_ = tomorrow. I've always assumed this to be the case generally in
Scottish Scots. CSD doesn't list a meaning of 'morning' for _morn_. When I
see _morn_ used with the meaning of 'morning' in Scots verse or whatever, I
always assume that it's a mistake, or an archaism as in English.

Also, in Shetlandic at any rate, 'nicht' often has the meaning of
'evening', e.g. 'aboot da nicht' = 'during the evening'.
