There is an article in the July 2000 "Contact Bulletin" about the Opera
browser and a project for translating it into Breton, Irish, Scottish
Gaelic
and Welsh. Further information, it says, from http://www.eblul.org/dart

The article is written in an extremely boring style in that
not-quite-English  which the EBLUL favours. Perhaps "real" English should
be
put on the list of endangered languages.

I notice that in the French version of the browser screen "Scottish Gaelic"

is called "écossais".
