HDear Afrikaans-speaking friends:

HELP!  I have to translate the following sentences and have a problem with
the meaning of a two words:

(1) "Indien Mnr X nie tein (tien?) voertoie kan neem nie, sal hy nie summier
gepenaliseer word deur sy deposito's per vragmotor te verheur nie".
What does "verheur" mean?

(2) Die firma sal as teenprestasie 10 vragmotors in goeie lopende toestand
lewer voor of op ..... teen pryse en voorwaardes soos volvate in 'n
bostaande ooreenkoms.
What does "volvate" mean?

Normally I do not post any message for help on Lowlands-L, but this time I
am at a loss for words, and I have to submit my translation today.
