Subject: Usage of Frisian D&E

Hoi,

mvg,

Klaas

Dear lowlands-readers,

I am currently preparing a paper on the usage of Frisian. Can anybody help
me to find the current numbers of people who understand and use Frisian?
This paper will only deal with Frisian as used in the Dutch province
Fryslân.

Thank you,

Klaas

Klaas,

What do you mean by "het Fries"/"Frisian" above? Are you referring to all
varieties of Frisian (Westerlauwers, East/Sater and North Frisian varieties) or
only to Westerlauwers one, those used in the Netherlands?

Regards,

Reinhard/Ron
