:D  That's a good one.  Well, at least I can follow as far as _forð_ and
_uuilleon_ are concerned.

Here's a vital piece of information for your personal collection:

"Devilish Màiri" (= Margaret) would be _düvelsche Greet_ ['dy:v=lSe grEIt] in
Modern Low Saxon (Low German).

Talking about "devilish," in the part ...

Ne lât ûs farlêdean lêða uuihti
Do not let us be led astray (~ seduced) by evil demons

The last Old Saxon word (here in the plural), for 'demon' or 'devilish
creature', developed into Modern Low Saxon (Low German) _Wicht_ [vICt] (plural
_Wichter_) 'small child' or 'pitiful little creature' in most dialects,
specifically denoting 'girl' (!) in the dialects of Eastern Friesland,
Ollenborg/Oldenburg and Emsland.  In German, _Wicht_ (plural _Wichte_) tends
to mean 'small creature', 'puny guy' (= LS _Spucht_, Scots _coof_?), in
fairytales usually 'dwarf' or 'troll', and _Bösewicht_ would be 'demon',
'ogre', 'evil monster' (< _böse_ 'evil', 'fierce', 'angry').
