Dear Lowlanders,

Thanks to Roger Thijs for working on a Limburgish translation of our
welcoming page.  (See today's "Limburgish".)   I look forward to putting
the final version online, along with the Plautdietsch (Mennonite Low
Saxon/German) version for which Reuben Epp kindly sent me the text.

With regard to the Limburgish version, please note the following.

(1) I propose to name the link to the page ...
"LIMBURGS
Limburgish, Netherlands and Belgium"
Should I add "Germany"?  Aren't there some dialects in Germany that are
technically speaking Limburgish, and do the speakers of these consider them
Limburgish?

(2) To integrate Limburgish fully into Lowlands-L, we will also need the
following:

(a) a list of links to online presentations in/about Limburgish to be added
to http://www.geocities.com/sassisch/rhahn/lowlands/lowlands-links.htm.

(b) a list of offline presentations (books, CDs, etc.) in/about Limburgish
to be added to
http://www.geocities.com/sassisch/rhahn/lowlands/guides_offline.htm.  (This
list needs not be exhaustive. Introductory and reference material has first
priority.)

(3) How do you say "visitors' book" in Limburgish?

Any help with the above sent to my address (sassisch at yahoo.com) would be
greatly appreciated.

Thank you to all of you who have been helping so far, and there are many of
you.  Thank you also in anticipation of any future assistance.
