Perhaps we should look at this expression phonetically.  In past times,
people
did not always know how to write or read.  So, the little bit they could
write
was done by sound.
If "Wallum" = William, Willem, Wilhelm,
what can "treppe schisse" stand for, or an expression which sounds close to
it?

I admit I have no clue.  Nothing in my ear rings familiar in the least.
But perhaps someone else sees something in it.
