The analogous neologism would be possible in Frisian/Frysk, I suppose.
The puristic alternative would be "strielwjuk",
but maybe "straalwjuk" would be acceptable as well.
I wouldn't use "fleugel", which is definitely _nfrysk_ in this meaning.
