I don't know this word in our Low Saxon dialect, but- if we had, we
should
say "troosn".
That does remind me to the (U.G.) "Tross", (E) "the train of an army".
Some
(in former times mostly not so well respected) folks "tracking" behind
the
fighting troops along the roads.
