These sound really much like "eierballen" which you can get in Groningen
in
the north of the Netherlands, but you eat them hot. You can't get them
in
the south; most people in the south just cannot understand why you would
like to eat such a thing. But I must admit, reading your email I wish
would
have one right now. I haven't had one for quite a while:(
