Hallo Carina
Die bestanddele van "bitterballen" en "kroketten" is basies dieselfde.
Slegs die
vorm van die finale produk verskil. 'n "Bitterbal" is rond, en bevat
tussen 1/4 en
1/3 van die massa en volume van 'n "kroket".

Gewoonlik word bitterballe en krokette baie warm bedien. Tydens
staanonthale
("cocktails"?) is dit meer prakties om die balletjie in een vinnige
beweging jou
mond te sit. Met 'n sitonthaal het jy gewoonlik 'n bordjie met van die
goed daarop,
dus kan jy die warm voorwerp neersit.

Hoe dit ookal sy, die smaak is onoortreflik!!! Lekker smul.
