Hi everybody

I was sent quite an interesting booklet from Germany:
Fritz Karg: "Flämische Sprachspuren in der
Halle-Liepziger Bucht". Halle-Saale, Max Niemeyer
Verlag 1933. (=Teuthonista. Zeitschrift für deutsche
Dialektforschung und Sprachgeschichte, Beiheft 8.
Mitteldeutsche Studien, Heft 6).

The publication is rather meagre (55 pages) and it
leaves quite some questions unanswered. I distinctly
remember that the topic of Dutch/Flemish migration to
the east of (modern days) Germany was discussed in
LL-L, but i couldn't find the mails about this issue
in the archives.
Can somebody provide some additional information about
this?

Many thanks in advance!

Frank Verhoft
