I think this claimed Turkish Yozgat-Lowlandic must be a hoax, as Ron
suggestd.
If there indeed should exist an old Low Germanic in Anatolia, even of
only
200 souls, it would be quite peculiar.
Without further information, however, I am quite sure, somebody is just
trying to pull (y)our leg, Ron.
