Dear Lowlanders,

I am currently working on a Lowlands-L project to make dictionaries for
Lowlands languages accessible online. My thought is, that knowledge of these
(often minority) language varieties, will earn respect and might (in a very
modest way) contribute to keeping these beautiful languages alive. To make
these online dictionaries as extensive as possible, I need word lists into
as
many LL-languages or dialects.

My request to you is: if you have word lists for LL-language varieties (e.g.
Appalachian-English or Eastern Friesland Platt-German), please let me use
it,
and make it easily accessible through the world wide web.

Beste Laaglanders,

Ik ben momenteel aan het werk om woordenboeken van taalvarianten van de Lage
Landen online toegankelijk te maken. Ik meen dat meer kennis van deze (vaak
minderheids-) taalvarianten zal leiden tot meer respect, en in hele kleine
mate misschien zelfs tot behoud van deze mooie talen. Om deze woordenboeken
zo
uitgebreid mogelijk te maken, heb ik woordenlijsten voor zoveel mogelijk
talen
en dialecten van de Lage Landen nodig.

Mijn wens is deze: als iemand beschikt over woordenlijsten voor talen of
dialecten van de Lage Landen (bijv. Gronings-Nederlands of Appalachisch-
Engels), dan zou ik die graag gebruiken, en ze online beschikbaar maken.

Mensen die geïnteresseerd zijn, of die iets willen bijdragen, kunnen me
