Last week, somebody asked about a Dutch replacement for the English word
'Exitpoll'. The Dutch language magazine 'Onze Taal' asked that same
question, see reply below:

Wat is een goed Nederlands woord voor 'exitpoll' (een
verkiezingsonderzoek bij de uitgang van het stembureau)?
Die vraag stelde de Taaladviesdienst onlangs aan de lezers van het
tijdschrift 'Onze Taal'. Uit de 87 woorden die de lezers hebben
voorgesteld, kozen de taaladviseurs het "kernachtige en enigszins
poëtische" woord 'stemecho'.
