Subject: an old word I learned as a kid

Hi

As a kind growing up in a low saxon speaking dialect area, Salland in
Overijssel, in the Netherlands.

We used to use the word Kuul or with Umlaut Küül for an axel with the
wheels or a farm wagon.

I always wonderd if it was a kid word or a very old word.because if I look
it up, it looks like an indogermanic word alright. Did any body hear the
word before, or use it??

We also used the word for "to roll something"
