Subject: Question re Scots Gaelic Spelling

Hello, Lowlands-L Administrator!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to spell the word "wyndham"
in
Scots Gaelic (which I believe it to be in origin)?  I think it means "a
place of rest after a long journey".
