Well I work with a11y (accessibility) and know a lot of people who with
with a11y on the GNOME Free Desktop project. [1] The project that has
better a11y infrastructure than Windows :-)

There is a good resource here: (incl. resources about web accessibility)
http://kz.mpecc.com/pa/ua/

You ought to read this.

For specific needs I have a lot of contacts.

Cheers, Kenneth

Reinhard/Ron,
I have never made a website but I do "heel veel branding op het www". I
hope these links help.
This link is to a U.S. university mapping site. It seems to offer a few
choices to vision impared people.
http://www.unc.edu/awmc/

The next link is to the UNSW web sites accessibility info page here in
Sydney, Australia.
http://www.unsw.edu.au/gen/ced/accessibility.html#top

The next site is from the UK and offers a wealth of information for web
site assistive technology.

Hope this helps, Cheers
