Reinhard/Ron:  Though not directly related to your letter on 'breakfast,'
etc., you reminded me of a unique pairing: CRISPY vs CRISP.  The former is
used almost exclusively for food items whereas the latter for anything else
applicable. E.g., one would usually say: "These chips are crispy" and always
say "Here's a crisp one-dollar bill."
An aside:  What's the significance of the slash in your name?
