May be usefull as help for translations.

I did a test (cf. below) for checking whether or not the service for
translating Belgian law from Belgian Dutch and Belgian French into Belgian
German (http://www.ca.mdy.be/) is eventually willing to assist for questions
coming from individuals.

It apparently works. cf. below (in Dutch).
