Ben, there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. The problem lies not in the
habit, but in my own perception. Honestly, when the only place where you've
ever seen anyone adressed like that is in old "Bonanza" reruns, you feel
rather weird when somebody addresses you like that in real life! At first, I
was convinced people were making fun of me... ;-)
