Hi Mathieu,

In East-Brabant the word sounds like [t lyr], the y representing a sound
as in dutch 'uur', but then short.

Addendum

IPA symbols are apparently not recognized by the Laagland programme.
Therefore, I'll rewrite it in a kind of spelling that you might decypher:
[telyër].
