Dear all,

I was raised with both German and English and I remember saying "English
ist meine Muttersprache und Deutsch meine Vatersprache" as my father is
Austrian and my mother Irish-English. Nowadays I say English and German
is (! singular!) my mother tongue. I see both languages as being a part
of my native language usage. I've never lived without the other.
