Subject: Etymology

Hi all

sorry - I haven't really been following the 'siddel/topmast' discussion, but
I just looked in my
Gronings/Nederlands dictionary and found 'siddeltop' which means Dutch
'tol', so English 'toll' - sorry if I'm repeating what's already been said -
don't know if this bears any relevance to anything...
