>>>>> Dag Aalbert,
Ik heb de ezelsoren-site bekeken. I checked the ezelsoren site.
Leuk, alleen jammer dat er geen voorbeeld van een van je verhaaltjes in het
Veluws dialect op staat.
Nice, but a shame that there is no example at it of one of your stories in
Veluwe dialect.
Zou je er eentje aan ons kunnen laten lezen? Ik ben wel geïnteresseerd, ik
ken het West-Veluws nauwelijks.
Would it be possible for you to show us one of them? I'm interested, I
hardly know any Western Veluwe dialect.
Ik weet wel dat het geen Nedersaksisch meer is, maar eerder Nederfrankisch
en dat het wat op Utrechts moet lijken.
I do know it is not a Lower Saxon but a Lower Franconian dialect which is
supposed a bit like some dialects of the province of Utrecht.
Zelf woon ik ook in Gelderland, aan de andere kant (oostzijde) van de
Veluwe, dicht bij Arnhem, maar daar is het dialect echt zuidelijk
met veel oostelijke (Saksische?) trekjes.
I live in Guelders too, at the other (Eastern) side of the Veluwe, close to
the city of Arnhem, but here the dialect is real Southern Lower
Franconian with quite a lot of Eastern (Saxon?) traits.

Vriendelijk gegroet, Kind Regards
Ingmar Roerdinkholder
