In Dutch Low Saxon:
"Et zal X ewest we(z)en"
here too, more archaic, and still in some dialects:
"Et zal X ewest hebben"

In Standard Dutch:
"Het zal X zijn geweest"
 is more common than
"Het zal X geweest zijn"
