From: "Roger Thijs, Euro-Support, Inc." <roger.thijs at euro-support.be>
Subject: Anniversary

I made a translation of the The Wren in West Limburgish, and did a first
recording. (With a couple of hesitations, so I will overdo it).

Just this: the (provisional) wav recording is about 16 Mb. How do we
transfer this?

Regards,
Roger

Here is my (provisinal) text, small changes still possible:

West Limburgish (Lonerlands from Vliermaal, Belgium)
by Roger Thijs, Mortsel, Belgium

perdel geloate.

Noeë a turke kump het voier keuninkske tos.

"Waa's hèè onne haand?" zèt er "Wië hèt oech iet gedeun, keenger? Dzjie zit
allemol heilegans turelut!"

"Ho paa", zegge ze; "Doë keuim hè dzjus énne boeëze man deur, en dië zeug
zow sjrikkelek koeëd en bènkelek oeët. Hië keuk bè zen growte ooge in ozze

En hië vleuch ter ater on.

Some gramatical oddities:
Gender switching in the text: "voier" masc., "keuninkske": neuter
Irregularity: en luëf ("en" is the feminin form of the article, masc. would
be "enne" luëf). In despite of the appicable article form "en", the word
feels masculin.
