Hello all,

There is a GREAT book on the concept of numbers and counting in the world's
languages - I have the book at home and will try and find it and send the
info tomorrow.

I believe it's called "Numbers and Counting Systems" - bought it a little
over 20 years ago at a church flee market; a friend of mine is the one who
happened to notice it - I got it for a few dollars, no idea if it's still in
print or what the current cost would be, but it's a great book that
addresses many of the discussions brought up on this thread.
