'... A pop quiz any time!"

Well, Ron, people are fallen creations. We cheat if we need to cheat, and we
could all just go back to our email client to exume that message.

Of course. That goes without saying (says the Cornishman with an Nottingham
accent living in Ireland). But I still like to see how far and wide everyone
is spread.

Also:
"P.S.: "Are you kidding ..." What is this Yankie-Doodlism doing in the mouth
of a good Cornish lad?"

Is it that American? I thought it was used in most varieties of English,
especially in Britain (including Cornwall) and Australia (and, I presume,
New Zealand).

Otherwise, I plead, "we are all Americans now" - linguistically speaking and
whether we like it or not.

Go raibh maith agat,

Criostóir.

Ah! But, you see, that's the beauty of a pop quiz: no warning and no open
books.

You got that right. Full marks will be given to those who spell it with two
accent marks; one accent mark earning you 50%. Extra credits go to those
who correctly guess who is behind that name. (Of course, Deep Throat
is now off the table.)

As a renaissance, dinky-dye and jen-you-wine red-white-and- ... uh ... -blue
American, I most empathetically resemble the tagged-on negative
implification of that remark, and I'm undeservedly unanymous in that!

Regards,
Reinhard/Ron
