Subject: Vigil

Dear Lowlanders,

Before I run off to a meeting, I want to share my worries about our old
friend Clara Kramer-Freudenthal.  She has been rushed off to an emergency
room, and the latest is that a coma has been induced and she is being given
blood transfusions.  She is a tough lady of nearly 86, having survived grave
illness for years, so we hope she will pull through.  In whatever are your
ways, please send her strength, also her husband Heinz.  The two celebrated
their iron (65th) wedding anniversary last week.  Clara is a former member
of Lowlands-L, and she translated and narrated the wren story in Olland Low
Saxon for our anniversary presentation.
