Wat?!  In den sin hev ik dat bit her tou nich hoyrd.  Seed' eyn tou my 
"Unsere Frauen sind gerade am Schnabulieren," den versta ik dat as "Us 
vrouensluyd' sünd jüstemang by tou snabbeln."

Ja, "snabbeln" is ook so 'n wourd vör _naschen_.

And then there is another verb derived from German _Schnabel_ and Low Saxon 
_snavel_ 'beak': German _schnäbeln_, Low Saxon _snaveln_ ~ _sneveln_, both 
reflexive = reciprocal.  It's what birds do with their beaks, looking like 
kissing to us, and this is why you can also use these verbs to mean 'to 
kiss'.
