Hello everyone:

I just saw an article on the ANSA (Italian news service) website in
Portuguese that Noam Chomsky has been elected the best intellectual in the
world. Here's the text:

Thanks, Mark!

Congrats, Noam! This news will not sit so well with his academic and
political adversaries, of which he has more than his fair share. Whichever
side you're on, you have to admit that Chomsky deserves credit for rocking
as many boats as rattling cages, thereby cranking up some brain activity
(and causing even more knees to jerk). Intelligent? Undoubtedly! Too
intelligent and daring for many people's tastes.

Regards,
Reinhard/Ron
