I found an article about signs in North Frisian used by Deutsche Bahn at
train stations etc. So there is still hope, even in Germany!

I guess so, and one ought to always look at progress, including baby steps 
But between you, me, the List and the world, this sign thing provides one of 
those glimpses at the degree of creative thinking in public policy making. 
The North-Frisian-speaking regions are Low-Saxon-speaking as well.  So, I'd 
say you wouldn't exactly need to have to think outside the box to expect 
this aspect to be delt with while the Frisian signage issue is on the table. 
But nooo ...  Tunnel vision!  Let's drag this out!  "Bilingual"?  Wow!  But 
"trilingual"?  I suppose people's heads would explode if they saw signs in 
three languages.  "One minority at a time," said Wallenstein.
