Beste Elsie, je hebt helemaal gelijk. In http://de.wiktionary.org/wiki/gelle
staat het inderdaad ook zo beschreven. Vraag me niet waarom, maar toen ik
ooit im Kreis Frankfurt a/M werkte heb ik altijd aangenomen dat het _gelle_
iets zou betekenen als _vriend_. Wil je me dit of dat even aangeven
'vriend'? Wat heb je een mooie fiets, 'vriend'. Vaak vond ik dat een beetje
vreemd maar meestal ging dat prima. In het Nederlandse LS-gebied gaat dit
ook heel goed: wi'j' mi'j dit of dat even anrekken _maot_? en Wat hi'j' een
mooie fiets _maot_ /kammeraod. Vandaar mijn opmerking toen Jonny begon over
_Feller_. In Stellingwerf kennen we ook zoiets met de vragende toevoeging
achter een zin _is zo niet?_. Wat me nu opvalt dat dit niet zo gemakkelijk
is te vervangen door 'vriend'. Eerst nu begrijp ik wat ik toen zo vaak heb
gehoord. Dankie.
