Haai almal,

Marcel, Ron, ek vind dit vreemd dat die HAT in sy opmerking 
sou sê dat 'braaf' nie die betekenis van dapper het nie.
Dis dan die enigste betekenis in moderne Afrikaans!

Ek wil ook noem dat die vorm 'bra' as beskrywende adverb
ook bo en behalwe braaf/brawe bestaan, en in die betekenisse 
'taamlik, baie, nogal' soos in die sinne:
-Hy was bra bekaf dat sy ma sonder hom winkels toe is. 
-Pa is maar bra siek nadat hy so natgereën het.
-Die simposium was bra vervelig toe gaan ek huistoe.
