Hi,

I am trying to get a folksong from the group MOIN right. The song is called
"Vor ole Tieden".

One verse goes:

vörwahr ji börgers ji glöwt uns nicht, dat uns so öwel geiht,
un dat in ose dörpa, so ligge leike steit..

so clearly, things are not cool in the village, but literally, what does
"ligge leike" mean? does it mean "gleich mager"?
