Hi Reinhard and Pat,

Such a meeting would be very interesting and it will enhance the sense of
involvement and mutual exchange of ideas and... well, fun!

The best place to meet up could be New York, if you'd ask me. Flights to New
York are not expensive and do not take long if you live in the Western
European Lowlands. NY is Lowlandic: we could then opt for a Lowlandic area
like Rensselaer or maybe even Brooklyn (Breukelen), Harlem (Haarlem),
Staaten Eylandt or New York City (Nieuw Amsterdam).
